Google Analytics tags are delivered through Google Tag Manager, which does not itself set cookies but manages the loading of scripts according to the consent given.

5. Third-party resources
The flag images in the language selector are loaded from the flagcdn.com CDN (Flagpedia), which does not set cookies but receives the visitor's IP address in order to serve the content.
